For years our family has worked to bring the authentic flavours of the Middle East to American kitchens. Generations of experience sit behind the business, and that experience decides what we bring in.
It is a practical kind of expertise. We know which olive oil a Lebanese restaurant will actually use, which jam sells through in a Michigan grocery, and which sizes a shop can move before they date. That knowledge is the difference between a catalogue and a useful catalogue.
How we work
Direct import, held in stock.
We import directly rather than buying through intermediaries, and we hold stock in Madison Heights. That means a buyer can order a full Mediterranean section in one go — oils, jams, tahini, spices, sweets, canned goods — instead of chasing six suppliers and six delivery schedules.
Alongside our own Alsaray label we carry the established lines our customers ask for by name: Durra, Altunsa, Aroma, Souhoul and others. The own-label range fills the gaps, in the pack sizes retailers actually request.
